Gabriel is Vice President of the Board of Directors of The Superbet Foundation.

He is the Founder & Managing Partner of EVOS innovation, a consulting firm that aims to increase the performance of companies through innovative approaches of organizational network analysis using OrgXO.com, as well as culture diagnosis and organizational design using the Workplace Genome® methodology.

He has been leading and building organizational teams and networks for more than 20 years. He has extensive experience in a variety of professional and educational fields with corporate, non-profit and government clients. He teaches executive courses in the areas of change management and decision-making. From 1997 to 2017, he was executive director of Open Society/Soros Foundation Romania.

He is a graduate of the Executive MBA program of ASEBUSS Bucharest in cooperation with Washington State University in Seattle and Kennesaw State University in Atlanta; he has a postgraduate diploma in company management from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest with a final thesis on “Management of Change” and has a degree in Construction – Specialization Land Improvements and Environmental Engineering since 1990.

He attended various executive courses at Harvard Business School, Kennedy School of Government, Wharton School, London School of Economics, INSEAD Paris, ESMT Berlin and Kellogg Business School – Northwestern University.

He is President of the Board of Directors of the Serendinno Foundation; a member of the Board of Directors of the Center for Health Policies and Services and a founding member of the Arhipera Association.
