A graduate of the “Carol Davila” University of Medicine and Pharmacy Bucharest in 1992, she worked as a doctor-trainee surgeon, then resident in thoracic surgery and ophthalmology until 2001, when she made the decision to pivot to entrepreneurship.

From 2002 to 2008, she worked in various fields, from education to foreign trade or from automobile import to wood production, always from the position of an entrepreneur who discovers the various challenges of each industry. 

In 2008, together with her husband, Sacha Dragic, she co-founded the Superbet Group. She was involved in various roles in the management of the company, holding the position of CHRO until 2020.

 Since 2019, she is part of the Board of Directors of The Superbet Foundation.

From 2002 to 2008, she worked in various fields, from education to foreign trade or from automobile import to wood production, always from the position of an entrepreneur who discovers the various challenges of each industry.

Gabriel is Vice President of the Board of Directors of The Superbet Foundation.

He is the Founder & Managing Partner of EVOS innovation, a consulting firm that aims to increase the performance of companies through innovative approaches of organizational network analysis using OrgXO.com, as well as culture diagnosis and organizational design using the Workplace Genome® methodology.

Gabriel is Vice President of the Board of Directors of The Superbet Foundation.

He has been leading and building organizational teams and networks for more than 20 years. He has extensive experience in a variety of professional and educational fields with corporate, non-profit and government clients. He teaches executive courses in the areas of change management and decision-making. From 1997 to 2017, he was executive director of Open Society/Soros Foundation Romania.

He is a graduate of the Executive MBA program of ASEBUSS Bucharest in cooperation with Washington State University in Seattle and Kennesaw State University in Atlanta; he has a postgraduate diploma in company management from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest with a final thesis on “Management of Change” and has a degree in Construction – Specialization Land Improvements and Environmental Engineering since 1990.

He attended various executive courses at Harvard Business School, Kennedy School of Government, Wharton School, London School of Economics, INSEAD Paris, ESMT Berlin and Kellogg Business School – Northwestern University.

He is President of the Board of Directors of the Serendinno Foundation; a member of the Board of Directors of the Center for Health Policies and Services and a founding member of the Arhipera Association.

Angela Elisei-Grebănaș currently holds the position of CFO Romania and Head of Group Treasury within The Superbet group.

With over 20 years of experience in the financial field, Angela Elisei-Grebănaș held the same position as CFO in several companies such as Finnforest Romania – part of the Metsä Group or SC Ritzio BU – the owner of the gambling halls at that time, “Million”.

Angela Elisei-Grebănaș currently holds the position of CFO Romania and Head of Group Treasury within The Superbet group.

With over 20 years of experience in the financial field, Angela Elisei-Grebănaș held the same position as CFO in several companies such as Finnforest Romania – part of the Metsä Group or SC Ritzio BU – the owner of the gambling halls at that time, “Million”.

Angela Elisei-Grebănaș graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies in 1998, and in the following period, she followed a teaching career at Spiru Haret University in Bucharest. In the period 1998-2005, Angela Elisei-Grebănaș held the title of university lecturer, and in 2006 she became a member of the Corps of Chartered Accountants and Chartered Accountants.

For 4 years (2007-2011), Angela Elisei Grebănaș held the position of Accounting Manager at one of the big companies in the Gambling industry (SC Ritzio BU), then in 2011, she joined the Superbet Group in the position of CFO.

During the 11 years spent at Superbet, Angela Elisei-Grebănaș made an important contribution to positioning it as a leader in the Romanian gambling market and managed to consolidate an experienced team in the Financial department.

The involvement and skills acquired following a vast experience brought her several awards in the Gambling industry, being awarded at the Women’s Gala in Gambling for “Best CFO” in 3 consecutive editions.

In 2019, Angela Elisei-Grebănaș became a member of The Superbet Foundation Council.
